HSE in aquaculture
5h
Norwegian English
The employer must understand which HSE requirements apply, what is needed to ensure a good working environment, and how to work systematically with HSE within the company. Effective HSE work involves identifying the company’s risks and challenges in order to prevent work-related illnesses and injuries. This is a legal requirement under the Internal Control Regulations and the Working Environment Act, as well as industry standards relevant to aquaculture, such as Global GAP and ASC Salmon.
